  1. Hi Peggy,

Great question! An mp3 is just the file type that a lot of music comes in these days. So, you can usually play an mp3 from any computer or iPad. If you have a computer close to your piano, that’s the best way to play it usually as there are better speakers. But, you can send the mp3s (not the PDF music) to your student to have them practice them. They’ll or their parents will know what to do with them. Let me know if that helps or if you’d like more help!

  2. Wendy, what is an mp3 and what is a zip file? How do I get the clapping rhythm in a zip file?
    Thanks, Marian

  3. Hi Marian, An mp3 is just the file type that a lot of music comes in these days. So, you can usually play an mp3 from any computer or iPad. There are no clapping tracks available, just the accompaniment tracks. I’m sure you’ll be able to tell what the rhythm is. It’s notated in our regular rhythm format, but then there are symbols that you have to interpret. Each page gives direction. I hope that helps!
