If you are contacting me about an order:
- Please see the Store FAQs and Troubleshooting page as almost every question can be answered very quickly on that page. However, don’t hesitate to contact me if you need further assistance!
- Expired links? All purchases made after August 2017 should not have expired links, but if you made a purchase before then, please log in and you should find your downloads in your account! Be sure to use your email address that you used to purchase the product to log in. This could be an old or a spouse’s email. Click the Lost Your Password link to set/reset your password if you have never been logged in before.
- If you have not received your download email at all, check your spam, junk and promotions folder. If you have ordered from a school address, please note that many schools have such tight security on their email that my emails (including a reply) may not get to you. In that case, please add “email@example.com” to your contacts and safe senders list and then email me and I’ll re-send your receipt with your download email.
