The Little Fuzzies are at it again! This Adventures of Little Fuzzies series has been so popular with teachers and students that they are requesting more and more! Here’s what some are saying:
“I was starting a seven year old in Kitchen Raiders this afternoon. When we got to the line about warming up in the microwave, she nearly fell off the bench. This series is outstanding. The littles find them hilarious.. Music that is fun and educational, Yes it does exist!”
Beth, piano teacher
And Kelly posted this comment in our Facebook ComposeCreate group when we announced that these two new pieces were coming out:
“Can I tell you how silly-excited I am about this announcement? I’m afraid to mention it to my couple of little students because they will not be able to contain their excitement! They love these Fuzzy pieces and collecting the achievement cards…”
New Easter and April Fools’ Pieces:
So today, we’re releasing one piece about Easter and one piece about April Fools’ Day! Both are hilarious and really showcase the Little Fuzzies’ ornery personalities. Here’s a quick summary of each:
Easter Egg Hunt – The Little Fuzzies are in their own little world for sure and they completely misunderstand what an “Easter egg hunt” even is! So they gather their “hunting” tools like a butterfly net and binoculars and are determined to find these sinister eggs that are such a threat to humanity! Hearing their thoughts and seeing their antics as they discover what an Easter egg hunt really is will have your students giggling with delight!
April Fools’ Mischief – Any time a Little Fuzzy asks for power tools, you should be wary – but especially when tomorrow is April Fools’ Day! Sure enough, those rascals rigged up something inside the piano that will shock your students – literally! Students will not only be laughing, but also bouncing off the piano bench by the end of the piece!
Are New Achievement Cards Available for These Pieces?
Yes! You can get the Little Fuzzies Achievement Cards for all the pieces including these two new ones. These cards are collector cards that students can collect to showcase all they have learned! The cards are a great motivation to learn more music and thus become better music readers! Here’s what one teacher has said about the Achievement Cards:
Students are loving these achievement cards! One seven year had barely played the final note of her piece when her hand was outstretched with a cheery – “give me my card!!”
Kelly Jenkins, piano teacher

My son is so excited to play these and get the achievement cards. He can’t wait to have a whole page of Little Fuzzies cards in his binder! (What a great practice incentive for him).
Carolyn
The great news is that not only have we updated the PDF Cards file (so if you already purchased, you can just re-download and have the whole set), but we’ve also updated the Printed Music Achievement Cards as well! Teachers and parents can get a whole set of these (they also come with the Mythical Creatures and Pet Shop pieces) that are completely updated to use in motivating students!
