New 2026 holiday music is here! These new pieces are personally exciting for us because we know that kids, teens, and adults will love them. You might be thinking, “Of course they’d say that,” but it’s true! We’ve spent 26 years diving deep and into understanding what kids love and we know that these are pieces that will excite them!
This year’s new pieces are incredibly fresh and innovative, which is desperately needed in holiday music these days! We know these will be popular also because they’re pieces YOU’VE requested! From a new jazz arrangement by Jeremy Siskind, new pieces in the most popular series, expanded Music Achievement Cards, and more, this year’s new music is meant to give you and your studio joy for the season.
Holiday Music Bundle 2026
The inspiration for the new pieces this year came from our composers wanting to give you music that is unlike what’s already out there. While some of the pieces are arrangements of (or hint at) popular holiday tunes, many of the new music pieces are original pieces about winter festivity. These pieces are also written with unique and requested levels of difficulty, from an early elementary black-key up to late intermediate. Read below to get all of the details!

Go Tell it on the Mountain – Jazz Arranged by Jeremy Siskind
Jeremy Siskind is back with a brand new jazz piece for late intermediate students! He’s infused new life into the familiar tune “Go Tell it on the Mountain.” Composed with funky jazz bass lines and accessible patterns, this piece will pull in your intermediate students. But we bet you’ll love it so much you’ll want to try it out, too!
New Holiday Releases – By Series!
ComposeCreate’s® best-selling series have been getting a lot of attention lately. Why? Because so these pieces represent instant hits in studios around the world! And based on the stories we’ve been hearing, they also represent special ways that students are finding true depth and meaning in their piano studies.
New Color Music Rote and Reading® pieces
- Silver – EI: Crystalline and delicate, Silver brings the sound of deep winter. This expressive piece feels great to play, and brings a sparkle to your holiday season. The Color Music Rote and Reading® pieces are a favorite for many students, but especially older beginners, teens, and adults.
- Gold – EI: Gold is a bright, warm, and festive piece that sounds like holiday bells ringing out good cheer. There is a familiar tune woven into the piece that students will delight in! This color series gives students mature, pattern-driven music they’ll enjoy playing.
New Audience Participation Piece
- Deck the Hall with Audience Participation – I: Audience participation pieces are SUCH a delight! If you’ve never tried this at a recital or gathering, get ready for smiles and joy! The best part is, this beloved Christmas piece includes a piano score, a mp3 recording with piano and clapping sounds, as well as a separate PDF “audience part” you can display for the audience.
You even get a script to read so that you know just how to introduce this piece to the audience.
Three New Little Fuzzies pieces!
- Light Heist – EI: We’ve gotten many requests for intermediate Little Fuzzies music for students who have played every piece in this series and want more! Light Heist is a brand-new early intermediate piece with a fun staccato ostinato bass pattern. What’s even more fun is listening to the Fuzzy’s plan to re-engineer the piano into something much more festive! There’s even a hint of an extremely beloved Christmas tune! Can your students guess what it is?
- Departure Delay – EE: In addition to requests for harder Fuzzies pieces, we’ve also been asked for easier black-key pieces. This time, the Fuzzies hatched a plan for a road trip before they realized the car was really a Christmas ornament. Not to worry! They made it work and now they’re on their way up the black keys. Departure Delay’s hilarious lyrics will make your early elementary students giggle and laugh!
- Static Electric! – E: The Little Fuzzies are intrepid adventurers of course, but in this chilly minor piece, they’ve discovered firsthand the power of static electricity as the temps drop down!
New Beautiful Wonders piece
The Winter Holly – I: Meet Wendy Stevens’ newest piece in the intermediate Beautiful Wonders series. With syncopation, beautiful and bright melodies, and a little hint at “The Holly and the Ivy,” this piece is enticing, lovely, and of course, pedagogically sound!
Little Fuzzies Music Achievement Cards Expanded!
Wow – we are overjoyed that the Little Fuzzies Music Achievement Cards have been causing mass excitement across the ComposeCreate® community. Some teachers have told us they weren’t sure their older students would enjoy the cards, but they’ve become a major incentive for practice and motivation for all ages (even some adults are using them)!
Now is really the best time to give the Little Fuzzies Music Achievement Cards a try: if you buy this set of cards once, you’ll see new pieces being added to your already-purchased file as the series grows! You only have to buy them one time though!
The Little Fuzzies series is our biggest collection and the one that is growing the fastest. Additionally, the price does go up periodically as new cards are added – so if you’ve been on the fence, we invite you to give them a try. Remember that this page has a dropdown menu, so choose the Little Fuzzies option or try them all: All Music Achievement Cards.
