In April of this year, we devoted an entire webinar to how to use Rhythm Menagerie®, Rhythm Manipulations®, and Rhythm Cup Explorations® online. In that webinar, we also talked about how the curriculum works and how each of these books works in conjunction with each other. It was a pretty long, but super informative webinar.
So I wanted to chop it up just a bit so that if you are specifically interested in techniques for using this online, you can get to that info more easily.
It’s still important though, to understand some of the best tips to use the program in general. So the beginning of video includes that as well. If you love how you are currently using it, then you can certainly skip past this part. But it may be helpful in further maximizing your results.

Wendy! I have purchased all of the rhythm books within the last several years and use them occasionally during lessons and camps. I purchased the online streaming only several hours ago and just had an amazing experience! My young student forgot most of his materials (again) and we weren’t having fun:( I pulled out my phone and my menagerie book and was quickly able to find the unit and page we last worked on. We had BLAST! I may have had more fun than he did, ha ha! In addition to having to be expert counters and clappers, we were playing lines that had “high fives” in it. I found that as we looked at each other during the “high fives” to avoid missing or accidentally hitting each other, we had to really focus to find our place in the music again….just an added skill to be developed. Thank you for this great product and service! Rhythms will be happening a lot more in my studio!
