Student Goal Form

This month, I have asked my students to fill out a form about what they would like to improve over the next year.  I originally just asked them to finish this statement, “This year in piano, I would like to improve ___________,” but then one of the ComposeCreate® FB followers Anna Fagan shared about a form that she asks her students to fill out.  I thought this was a much better way of doing this since some students have no idea what kinds of things are even available to improve!  So, I made my own form and wanted to share it with you to use with your students.

I’d love to hear what kinds of goal setting activities you do with your students at the beginning of the year.
