What is the coupon code I need?
How do I know if I’m getting printed music?
As you know, we have BOTH printed music and digital music. And even some of our digital music has option to purchase as an 11×13 print. Plus, we also sell the pieces and books of mine that Hal Leonard and Willis Piano Music has also published.
So there are lots of prints and books from which to choose! If you only want printed music, simply go to the Printed Music Page. If you click on one of the pieces and it gives you options, just be sure to choose the option that has the word printed in it. For example on Amazing Grace, you can see that there is an option for the studio use digital license OR the sheet music – printed option. Be sure to choose the sheet music – printed option and you’ll be sure to get printed music.
Don’t worry though. If you want both prints and digital music, you can get it in the same order. The coupon will just apply to the prints, not the digital music.
What are shipping rates?
We charge a flat $5 fee for shipping to any U.S. address. (This may go up slightly soon as USPS has recently increased shipping rates. But it won’t go up until after the sale.). We also ship to the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia for international shipping prices. You can see what those would be when you scroll to the bottom of your cart and enter your shipping country and info:
Other shopping questions?
We’ve recently updated our FAQs page to include some commonly asked questions and answers. Be sure to look at the FAQs for a quick answer. If you can’t find your answer there, then feel free to contact me.
Will you be having coupons or sales in the future?
No, this is a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of experience for the reasons listed at the beginning of this article. The studio license is still the best value and contains lost of savings built into the fact that you only have to purchase it one time and you can print it for as many students as you directly teach. Printed music cannot be reproduced.
I hope this is good news! Thank you for your interest in my music!
Hi Wendy,
This is a problem I’ve had for a long time but finally decided to contact you about it. Since you updated Rhythm Menagerie when I print the pages I get a black rectangle just before the track numbers on each line of music. Is the problem on my end? I can’t figure out how to fix it. I do have a picture but can’t see a way to attach it here.
Thanks!
Jeanne Kent
Hi Jeanne,
THanks so much for asking about this! It sounds like your computer isn’t opening the PDF in Adobe Reader which is the industry standard for opening and viewing PDFs. Try opening it from there and I’ll bet that takes care of it. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, it’s a free and safe download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Then, if you are still having trouble, feel free to contact us at support@composecreate.com and we’ll see if we can help further!
