What level is Autumn Retreat?

Autumn Retreat is a late elementary solo in triple meter. It is composed in G Major and includes pedaling throughout the piece. The four measure phrases can assist pianists in learning to shape the melody. There are dotted quarter notes followed by single eighth notes in this solo, but that is as complex as the rhythm gets. All dynamics, phrasing, articulations, and markings that are important for pedagogical music are included.

Autumn Retreat makes an excellent recital piece or a great piece for older, more mature students to play at an autumn or halloween recital.
