Sizzle sounds like notes dancing like sparks on a warm summer night. This laid back piece will not only have you moving at the piano, but everyone around you as well. This piece is a great introduction to jazz styles for even classically trained musicians with no background playing jazz. What Level is Sizzle?
Sizzle is late intermediate level and is composed in the key of F Major. The piece is played with an easy swing in common time with a legato left hand, but no pedal. The smallest note value is the eighth note and grace notes are included throughout the piece. Articuations and dynamics are abundant and will help even someone not as familiar with a jazz style to be able to play convincingly. Fingerings are included, but can be adjusted for various hand sizes.
