What Level is Swept Away?
Swept Away is an intermediate level piano solo. The smallest note value is an eighth note, and pedaling is indicated. The piece is written in 4/4, and helpful fingerings are included. There are triplets throughout the piece, which feel natural to play because of the “tango” sound and feel.
Swept Away is written in E minor, which is indicated with a key signature. The piece is two pages, but feels longer thanks to a D.S. al Fine.
