What is it about autumn that invites such togetherness? We go on evening strolls, enjoy apple picking, hike, and have fun dressing up and perhaps trick-or-treating! The smells and all “the feels” really come together in autumn like no other season! And it’s a beautiful time to carry over the togetherness of the season to piano lessons with new Autumn and Halloween music!
What Kind of New Music Did We Release?
Usually, we release a lot of Halloween music and then some autumn pieces. But this year is different! We have released a lot of autumn music and then some Halloween music.
- Inspiring Autumn Music: A new Little Fuzzies piece; a new pair of Beautiful Places pieces; a hoedown-style solo; and two intermediate pieces (one of which has chord symbols and lyrics!)

Ominous Odes 2 Bundle
Ominous Odes 2: The wait is over! The follow-up to the hit Intermediate series “Ominous Odes” by Jason Sifford is here! There’s not enough space here for other teachers and I to gush about how special these pieces are – but take our word for it! They are super fun!
Gremlin Run: Students will love the mischievous and energetic sound of Gremlin Run, while practicing an ostinato bass pattern and repeating notes.
Rockin’ Troll: The troll in this intermediate piece is infected with the spirit of boogie-woogie! Rockin’ Troll is positively bewitching, and loaded with opportunities for artistry.
Undead Dreams: Like moonlight filtering through tree branches, Jason Sifford’s “Undead Dreams” is a beautifully haunting intermediate piece, with chord inversions and opportunities for voicing.
Two-Headed Ogre: Evenly Leveled Early Intermediate Duet
Two-Headed Ogre: This zany and fun intermediate duet comes with opportunities for side-by-side reading, or separate parts for practice, and perfect for students who love autumn and Halloween music.
Pop-Inspired & Lyrical Intermediate Pieces
Falling to New: A unique new addition, this piano piece comes with two scores: one with guitar chords, and the other without chords, fostering chances for ensemble playing and learning how to read lead sheets.
Autumn’s Awakening: Deeply poetic and impressive, this early intermediate solo is sure to captivate listeners and players alike.
New Little Fuzzies Piece!
The Fuzzies try out a new competitive sport called Leaf Surfing! Hilarious and engaging, this piece is centered around Middle C Position and lets the student become the composer with creative variations – the leaf surfing routines! You can find the matching stickers here: Little Fuzzies Leaf Surfing Stickers
The Pet Shop series meets Trick-or-Treating Fun!
Top Dog: 18,318…18,319…18,320! The trick-or-treating dog in this fun elementary solo gets way too concerned with amassing treats! Can you blame him?
Two new Beautiful Places & Hay Ride
The poetic feel of autumn calls for more Beautiful Places pieces, of course!
Fluttering Foliage: This black-key solo gives beginners the chance to make beautiful music, and practice playing in triple meter.
Harvest Bounty: What do you get when you take mysterious harmonies, and add C Position, hand crossing, and legato pedaling? Harvest Bounty! A recipe for delightful piano progress.
Hay Ride: While not a part of the Beautiful Pieces series, Hay Ride exemplifies the joy of autumn hay rides, bouncing along with friends and family! Complete with triads and a glissando, this late elementary piece will bring smiles to your studio.
We hope this new collection of Autumn and Halloween music brings the joy of learning music into your piano studio! Please let us know if you have questions, and we would also love to know which pieces your students have fallen in love with!
