What level is Velvet Green?

Velvet Green is a late elementary piano solo with no notated key signature, but centered in E minor. The smallest note value is an eighth note; the largest interval is a fifth. The piece can be taught by rote, reading, or a combination of both. Legato pedaling is indicated. The piece is carefully edited with pedagogical fingering and articulations, making this an excellent teaching or recital piece!
