Multi-Teacher Music License Subscription

Supplemental Terms for the Subscriber/Owner of the Multi-Teacher Studio:

1. This license permits the applicable number of teachers (this number includes the owner) of a specific Music School belonging to the Subscriber, to use, only in print form, any piece of studio licensed music that the Subscriber/Owner has purchased.
2. The digital files of the music music may not be shared in any way with the Teachers in the studio.
3. Only the Subscriber/Owner is licensed to have access to the digital PDF files. No sharing of the digital files is permitted.
4. Only the Subscriber/Owner is licensed to store the PDF files on their devices.
5. The Subscriber/Owner guarantees that they have given the licensing handout with licensing terms to their teachers and agree to enforce the terms in their studio.
6. This license only applies to ComposeCreate music and not any rhythm products or rhythm curriculum (Rhythm Menagerie®, Rhythm Manipulations®, any Rhythm Cup Explorations®, etc.) A separate Multi-Teacher Rhythm license must be purchased for multi-teacher use of these products. 7. The Subscriber/Owner guarantees that as additional teachers are added to their studio, they will purchase the appropriate license before allowing other teachers to use ComposeCreate music.
8. Terms and conditions for studio licensed music apply to all music and Teachers must abide by these terms, except where these conditions supersede.
9. Pricing is subject to change, but Subscriber/Owner will not be charged more mid-year should the pricing change mid-year.

Supplemental Terms for the Teachers in the Multi-Teacher Studio:

1. Teachers in the Subscriber/Owner’s studio may use any ComposeCreate piece (not rhythm products), only in print form, for any student to whom they directly teach, but only while they are a part of the Subscriber/Owner’s studio.
2. Teachers may not have any digital ComposeCreate music in their possession nor may their students. If teachers want to have access to the digital file, they must purchase the piece themselves.
3. Teachers must be a part of the Subscriber’s studio to use the printed music. Once they are no longer a part of the studio, they must return or destroy and not use any ComposeCreate printed music they may have in their possession, but instead purchase the piece themselves.
4. Terms and conditions for studio licensed music apply to all music and Teachers must abide by these terms, except where these conditions supersede.

Note on Addition and Subtraction of Teachers:

If you wish to add a teacher mid-year and a new subscription level must be purchased, please contact ComposeCreate and we will make sure the appropriate amounts are charged. If a teacher is subtracted mid-year, no refunds are given for the already purchased subscription.
