Final Barnyard Animal Piece Released
We’re kicking off the 2019 school year by releasing the final barnyard animal piece from the Barnyard Fun Rote and Reading® series!
What’s it all about?
I had tons of fun composing this funny story about a chicken who hits her head and gets a bit confused! I think the cows are quite amused. [No really. Those are the lyrics!] My kiddos have been singing this one all week and clucking and mooing all over the house, so I know it’s Music Kids Love®!
But I’m also happy that it subtly teaches kids that even when someone can’t do something quite right, we should always be kind and polite and make the feel loved.
I think we’d have a much different world if everyone acted like these animals act toward Henny Sue!
What does this final barnyard animal piece teach?
Cluck Cluck Moo helps students:
- Learn to move to new positions (but only by 1 step each time)
- Move around in a sequence
- Learn about steps and skips
